Day 1
Arrive at Manali Volvo Bus Stand, pickup and drop to your hotel in Manali.

Afternoon - We will proceed for a Manali sightseeing tour. Visit - Hadimba Temple, Van Vihar + Tibetan Monastery, Vashishth Temple + Mall Road, and return to the hotel to enjoy hotel facilities.

Today after breakfast, you will proceed to visit Solang Valley.
Optional - Atal Tunnel visit at an additional cost - Atal Tunnel (9 kms longest tunnel) at an altitude of more than 10,000 ft. Return to Manali via Solang Valley, which is famous for adventure sports in winter, and return to the hotel. After visiting all places, we will return via the same route to our hotel.
(Note: Solang Valley, Atal Tunnel, and Sissu are SUBJECT TO SNOW / ROAD CONDITIONS).
After visiting, we will return via the same route to our hotel in Manali.

- REMARKS
- Our tour cost is based on base category / rooms specied in tour cost. If room upgradation is needed, supplement cost will be applicable.
- AC will not work in hill stations and Vehicles may or may not have power windows.
- Some hotels charge extras for using room heaters, it will be payable directly at the hotel.
- The cost is based on normal 2x2 vehicle. If due to heavy snow and 4x4 vehicle required for a tour or for transfers, the charges for using 4x4 vehicle would be charged extra.
- All sightseeing timings are subject to local road / Snow and trafc conditions.
- The transportation / hotel cost is subject to change and charge extra on the tour cost, if there will be hike in the rates of fuel prices or increase in hotel rates due to changes in the Govt taxes.
- No refund or reduction will be given for any services, which are not utilized, mentioned in the Tour inclusions.
- Package cost NOT valid on long festival dates, high peak dates / Long weekends.
- The payments for additional service / extra meals taken at hotel are to be settled directly at there.
- Early Check-in and late Check out room is not included, and subject to availability at extra cost (if any)

- This is quote only and we are not holding any conrmed reservation either in Bus or in hotel.
- The booking is processed after receiving the advance amount. If we fail to give you conrmation on your requested date than entire advance amount is refundable to you.
- Bus tickets are issued based on minimum available fare.
- We have made all possible efforts to make Hotel related information’s as authentic as possible. We hold no responsibility if any of the information is found to be incorrect / changed. We solicit discretion of the customer before nalizing the Hotel.
- Terms and conditions
- 100% advance amount to be deposited by the guest to conrm the Hotel / Camp reservation.
- Please provide government issued ids to process the reservation.
- Hotel vouchers are delivered in the email and in the given WhatsApp number of the booked guest.
- The guest must carry conrmed Hotel voucher at the time of check in at Hotel / Camp.
- Standard Check-in time is 1400 hrs and check out time is 1100 hrs.
- Fixed / chef choice meals will be provided to the staying guests as per booked meal plans.
- All the guests are requested to follow hand hygiene, respiratory hygiene, and environmental hygiene.
- We shall not be bound to refund the amount held up with the service providers like airlines, Hotel etc unless they refund us in our bank account.
- If due to pandemic the tour cannot be availed altogether then our liability will be limited to refund of tour money after deducting 5% of the tour costs and amount spent towards the booked services which is held up with service providers. One the tour commences there shall be no refund.
Important Information
- Please prefer payment through a cash deposit at our ofce/to our representative; cheque (delivery of documents will be subject to clearance of cheques and cheque will be accepted if the travel date is more than 1 week later. For closer dates, a cheque will not be acceptable); PO/DD;
- Bank transfer. EMI payment option also available online presently. For any other payment mode, the same could be subject to transaction charges. For specic guidance/clarication you may contact our executive dealing with you, beforehand.
- Cash depositin our ofce, our staff & direct cash depositin any of Company Bank Account must be less than Rs. 1,99,000/-. For any clarication, you must callthe undersigned before depositing in our Bank Account as there is a penalty u/s 271DA of IT Act.
Additional Payment Terms
- Entire tour cost must be paid on demand and in any case before date of travel;
- Advance amount (part of tour cost) is taken to process the booking and to secure part cancellation charges applicable in case of tour is canceled for whatsoever reason;
- Balance tour cost is demanded once the package is ready before the delivery of tour package/ tour component(s);
- If balance tour cost is not made as demanded in writing/ sms / phone call, tour package/ tour component(s) shall be liable to be released and the package will be treated as canceled for want of balance amount. Such cancellation shall be subject to applicable cancellation charges and advance amount collected will be adjusted towards cancellation charges. If advance amount falls short to recover entire cancellation charges the remaining cancellation charges shall be recovered as per the cancellation terms/policy applicable to the booking;
- No booking is undertaken without cancellation charges. If there is any doubt about cancellation terms or policy applicable to your booking please get it claried before the advance payment is made for processing the cancellation charges; and
- Initiation of the booking process should not be viewed as conrmation of booking. We reserve our right to call off the booking if unable to process and in that case we will only be liable to make a refund of the advance amount collected if any.
Online Booking Procedure
- To book online, you need to make payment as per the minimum booking amount specied in “Book Online” section of this package OR Rs. 10,000/- per person.
- As soon as you make an online booking, you will receive a booking voucher in your email.
- You will receive a call from our support staff about your booking status.
- We will start the process at our end while you sit back at home and dream about your holiday.
- The balance payment would be collected as per the case mentioned below:
- If you are booking within 10 days of date oftravel,
- You will need to make payment of 100% of the tour package cost/ tour components costs at time of booking process is undertaken.
- Any amendment or cancelation made by traveler would be chargeable as per cancellation policy.
- If you are booking within 10 – 20 days of date oftravel,
- You will need to make payment of 75% of the tour package cost / tour components costs at the time of booking process is undertaken.
- Any amendment or cancelation made by traveler would be chargeable as per cancellation policy.
- Balance payment will be required to be paid at the time of conrmation of booking.
- If you are booking within more than 20 days of date oftravel,
- You will need to make payment of booking amount of Rs. 20,000/- per pax at the time of booking process is undertaken.
- Any amendment or cancelation made by traveler would be chargeable as per cancellation policy.
- Balance payment will be required to be paid at the time of conrmation of booking.
- If your booking is having tour components which needs guaranteed booking as per stipulated condition,
- You will need to make payment of 100% of the tour package cost/ tour components costs at time of booking process is undertaken.
- No cancellation will be allowed once booking is made even if by some reason short payment has been made. The tourist will have to make entire payment whether he or she travels or not.
- Once the entire package formalities are completed at our end, our representative will share package to you.

Cancellation & Refund Policy
- Domestic Terms and conditions during COVID 19
- Advance booking amount to conrm the reservation:100% of the package amount.
- Cancellation charges 45 days before of date of travel:20% of total package cost .
- Cancellation charges between 30 to 45 days of date of travel:30% of the total package amount
- Cancellation charges between 15 to 30 days of date of travel:50% of the total package amount
- Cancellation charges within 10 to 15 days of date of travel:75% of the total package amount
- Cancellation charges within 10 days of date of travel:100% package amount will be forfeited.
- All the documents will be delivered over the emails and at your WhatsApp number only.
- In case passenger is denied entry to board the ight due to health condition than entire package amount shall be forfeited. Request to change the date will be considered as new booking only.
