This Dharamshala Dalhousie tour with the holy city of Amritsar includes Express Train journeys, wherein families get a chance to visit hill stations along with the Golden Temple and the Indo-Pak Wagah Border, and experience train journeys on India’s fastest trains, “Vande Bharat” and “Shatabdi Express”.

Day 1
(Dep. New Delhi at 0550 hrs / Arr. Amb at 1105)
By Drive - Amb train Station (Himachal) to Dharamshala (100 Kms / 3 hrs)
An early morning, Vande Bharat train journey to Amb, which will take 5 hrs 15 mins to reach Amb
(Himachal Pradesh). (Tea / Snacks and meals serve on the train as per fixed menu plan by Indian railway).
On arrival at Amb station, you will be met by our driver and drive to Dharamshala (100 Kms / 3 hrs). Check-in at hotel.
Evening visit McLeod Ganj is the capital of the Tibetan Government in exile. The Dalai Lama's residence, also the headquarters of the Central Tibetan Administration (the Tibetan government in exile) are in Dharamshala.
Dalai Lama Temple, Bhagsu Nag Temple:- This is most ancient Temple dedicated to lord shiva.

Today morning, after breakfast, we will proceed for Dharamshala sightseeing. Visit the War Memorial, International Cricket Stadium, and Norbulingka Institute. After completing our sightseeing, you will return to the hotel, and the rest of the day will be at leisure. Evening free to explore the local market and cafes on your own.

Morning after breakfast, check out from the hotel and drive to Dalhousie. En route, admire the mesmerizing scenery, the cool breeze, and the verdant greenery sprinkled all around. Upon arrival in Dalhousie, complete the check-in at one of the listed hotels. The rest of the day is at leisure. Explore the nearby locations and market on your own, taste the local delicacies, and more. Later, you will have dinner and enjoy an overnight stay in Dalhousie.

Today morning, after breakfast, you will visit Khajjiar - it is also known as the Mini Switzerland of India.
This quaint hill station is surrounded by a lake, where you can enjoy the natural beauty of the place.
You can try your hand at horse riding, zorbing, and other fun & adventure activities (on direct payment).
Nature walks are suggested right here in between the trees. If time permits, on the way back to Dalhousie, we shall stop for some time at Kalatop Sanctuary Area and then return to the hotel.

Today morning, after breakfast, check out from the hotel and visit the Golden Temple and Jallianwala Bagh. Later, you will be transferred to Amritsar Train Station in time to board the train to New Delhi.

- NOTES:
- Our cost is based on base category rooms. If room upgradation is needed, supplement cost will be applicable.
- Minimum 04 Pax are required to operate the trip on above mentioned tour cost.
- The supplement cost for operating a trip with minimum 02 Pax would be Rs. 4,999/- (Per Person) extra.
- Govt. ID with address proof / Passport with valid visa is compulsory to carry during the trip / to stay at hotel.
- Allotment of coach / berth / seats will be done by Indian railway through its Centralized Passenger Reservation System only.
- We do not guarantee allotment of seat / berth of your choice. Furthermore, it is not possible for us to advise you whether your choice of berth is being allotted or not because it is all done by Indian railways passenger reservation system without any human interference.
- TATKAL Train tickets charges would be extra (Subject to availability at the time of booking).
- We will provide seats in AC Chair Car Coach (Train seats are subject to availability), if not available in mentioned class or coming available in next higher class, than guests need to pay the train fare difference.
- Train tickets are issued based on minimum available fare.
- AC will not work in hill stations and vehicles may or may not have power windows.
- Some hotels charge extras for using heaters, it will be payable directly at the hotel.
- All sightseeing timings are subject to local road and traffic conditions.
- The property D’Casa is NON-SMOKING hotel, smoking inside the room or at hotel is not allowed.
- The transportation / hotel cost is subject to change and charge extra on the tour cost, if there will be hike in the rates of fuel prices or increase in hotel rates due to changes in the Govt taxes.
- A service of cab and driver would be available and provided as per the itinerary, not for at disposal.
- No refund or reduction will be given for any services, which are not utilized.
- All buffet meal or room service will be provided as per hotel policy.
- Package Cost Not valid on Black out dates - High Peak travel dates, cricket matches travel dates, HH Dalai Lama teaching, long weekends / Christmas eve, New year dates, Long Festival dates, etc.
- The payments for additional service / extra meals taken at hotel are to be settled directly at there.

- Remarks:
- Extra adult is the 3rd person who shares the same double room and is provided with an extra bed or rollaway mattress.
- Mostly the hotels allow 03 adults in one double room with an extra bed or 02 adults and 02 children below 12 yrs. of age with one extra bed.
- Vande Bharat Express Train - New Delhi to Amb run six days a week (except Tuesday).
- Due to Covid Guidelines few of the services are not operational in hotel.
- This is quote only and we are not holding any confirmed reservation either in hotel.
- The booking is processed after receiving the advance amount. If we fail to give you confirmation on your requested date than entire advance amount is refundable to you.
- We have made all possible efforts to make Hotel related information’s as authentic as possible. We hold no responsibility if any of the information is found to be incorrect / changed. We solicit discretion of the customer before finalizing the Hotel.
- Terms and conditions:
- 100% advance amount to be deposited by the guest to confirm the Hotel / Camp reservation.
- Please provide government issued ids to process the reservation and need to carry physical copy during the travel and for stay at hotels.
- Hotel vouchers are delivered in the email and in the given WhatsApp number of the booked guest.
- The guest must carry confirmed Hotel voucher at the time of check-in at hotel.
- Check in time is 1400 hrs and check out time is 1100 hrs.
- Fixed / chef choice meals will be provided to the staying guests as per booked meal plans.
- We shall not be bound to refund the amount held up with the service providers like airlines, Hotel etc unless they refund us in our bank account.
- If due to pandemic the tour cannot be availed altogether then our liability will be limited to refund of tour money after deducting 5% of the tour costs and amount spent towards the booked services which is held up with service providers. One the tour commences there shall be no refund.
Important Information
- Please prefer payment through a cash deposit at our ofce/to our representative; cheque (delivery of documents will be subject to clearance of cheques and cheque will be accepted if the travel date is more than 1 week later. For closer dates, a cheque will not be acceptable); PO/DD;
- Bank transfer. EMI payment option also available online presently. For any other payment mode, the same could be subject to transaction charges. For specic guidance/clarication you may contact our executive dealing with you, beforehand.
- Cash depositin our ofce, our staff & direct cash depositin any of Company Bank Account must be less than Rs. 1,99,000/-. For any clarication, you must callthe undersigned before depositing in our Bank Account as there is a penalty u/s 271DA of IT Act.
Additional Payment Terms
- Entire tour cost must be paid on demand and in any case before date of travel;
- Advance amount (part of tour cost) is taken to process the booking and to secure part cancellation charges applicable in case of tour is canceled for whatsoever reason;
- Balance tour cost is demanded once the package is ready before the delivery of tour package/ tour component(s);
- If balance tour cost is not made as demanded in writing/ sms / phone call, tour package/ tour component(s) shall be liable to be released and the package will be treated as canceled for want of balance amount. Such cancellation shall be subject to applicable cancellation charges and advance amount collected will be adjusted towards cancellation charges. If advance amount falls short to recover entire cancellation charges the remaining cancellation charges shall be recovered as per the cancellation terms/policy applicable to the booking;
- No booking is undertaken without cancellation charges. If there is any doubt about cancellation terms or policy applicable to your booking please get it claried before the advance payment is made for processing the cancellation charges; and
- Initiation of the booking process should not be viewed as conrmation of booking. We reserve our right to call off the booking if unable to process and in that case we will only be liable to make a refund of the advance amount collected if any.

- To book online, you need to make payment as per the minimum booking amount specied in “Book Online” section of this package OR Rs. 10,000/- per person.
- As soon as you make an online booking, you will receive a booking voucher in your email.
- You will receive a call from our support staff about your booking status.
- We will start the process at our end while you sit back at home and dream about your holiday.
- The balance payment would be collected as per the case mentioned below:
- If you are booking within 10 days of date oftravel,
- You will need to make payment of 100% of the tour package cost/ tour components costs at time of booking process is undertaken.
- Any amendment or cancelation made by traveler would be chargeable as per cancellation policy.
- If you are booking within 10 – 20 days of date oftravel,
- You will need to make payment of 75% of the tour package cost / tour components costs at the time of booking process is undertaken.
- Any amendment or cancelation made by traveler would be chargeable as per cancellation policy.
- Balance payment will be required to be paid at the time of conrmation of booking.
- If you are booking within more than 20 days of date oftravel,
- You will need to make payment of booking amount of Rs. 20,000/- per pax at the time of booking process is undertaken.
- Any amendment or cancelation made by traveler would be chargeable as per cancellation policy.
- Balance payment will be required to be paid at the time of conrmation of booking.
- If your booking is having tour components which needs guaranteed booking as per stipulated condition,
- You will need to make payment of 100% of the tour package cost/ tour components costs at time of booking process is undertaken.
- No cancellation will be allowed once booking is made even if by some reason short payment has been made. The tourist will have to make entire payment whether he or she travels or not.
- Once the entire package formalities are completed at our end, our representative will share package to you.

Cancellation & Refund Policy
- Advance booking amount to conrm the reservation:100% of the package amount.
- Cancellation charges 45 days before of date of travel:20% of total package cost .
- Cancellation charges between 30 to 45 days of date of travel:30% of the total package amount
- Cancellation charges between 15 to 30 days of date of travel:50% of the total package amount
- Cancellation charges within 10 to 15 days of date of travel:75% of the total package amount
- Cancellation charges within 10 days of date of travel:100% package amount will be forfeited.
